Please Note

Outside of legally required cancellation rights, we do not accept returns due to:

  • Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings

All sales are considered final unless they fall under the eligible categories above.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request clear photos of:

  • The issue

  • The packaging

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to decline claims that do not provide sufficient evidence.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Once confirmed, we will:

  • Ship the correct item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund


UK & EU 14-Day Cancellation

If you wish to cancel under your legal right:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • All tags must be attached.

  • Items must be free from makeup marks, perfume scent, washing, stains, or signs of wear.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected, or upon valid proof of return shipment.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel

  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is removed)

  • Beauty or personal care items

  • Any product that directly contacts the skin


Delivery & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier

If tracking confirms delivery, this serves as proof of fulfillment.


Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.


Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a payment dispute.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide order confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and communication records to the payment provider.
